Move to Ireland and become a god. :P
Alberta. Hahaha. Love it.
We learned about this in my Health class...it's the same with bulimics going from supermarket to supermarket.
Despite what most of these idiots say, I understand. Been there, done that. In fact I did that for a very long time. Just find something to take your mind off it. Rehab is no good, it never helps anyone. AA is a joke, the true statistics show it helps no more than help themselves. Experiment, do what works for you. And if yuo slip and have a drink oh well, one will not kill you. Just pick up from there and keep going. Sooner or later you hit the finish line. Good luck!
Call it a sneaking suspicion... I'm willing to bet that you have had people in your life who would have stuck by you through thick and thin and helped you battle your addiction. How badly have you alienated those people? Are there any left or are you now surrounded by enablers? When you are ready to get sober you will have to rebuild those bridges you've burned, swallow your pride and ask for compassion and forgiveness. One thing you will learn is that in order to stay sober you need to remove the toxic elements, and people, from your life. If you look to the past you will find people who, stupidly perhaps, still care enough to support you in your battle. albertahealthservices.ca/services.asp?pid=service&rid=1008399 1-866-332-2322 There are many addictions in this world, I've battled and won an addiction and love/hate relationship with food. In time you too will be ready to reclaim your life, here's to hoping that happens before your life is too ruined to live.
The same thing happened to me. I had about three or four stores I went to. One day I got a really bad headache from the beer and every time after that it was the same. finally I couldn't take the pain anymore and just quit cold turkey. Maybe you will just get tired of feeling bad one day. oh yea if your right side just under your rib cadge is hurting you might want to have your liver checked.
