Today, I realized that the "pimples" on my back weren't pimples at all. Because I was unable to see how bad they were for the last week, I never caught on to the fact the they were, in fact, ticks. FML

Do you not own a mirror?? I've never had a tick on me, but they have been on my dogs...and they do NOT feel like pimples. They don't even look like pimples...once they have been sucking up your blood for that long, they start growing and keep getting bigger till you get them off of you. So you'd have to be ******* retarded to think they were just pimples...

Deer ticks are so tiny they often aren't noticeable until it gets infected. He could easily mistake them for pimples.

This is awful. :( I heard about this guy once whose sphincter hole started itchin.. he thought he had bad hemmorroids (<--sp) but come to find out, it was a HUGE tick. bleh!!!

Not only would you not really feel a tick bite, they don't just fall off in the shower. You almost always have to remove them with tweezers and even then, their heads may stay implanted. OP do you normally get instant large pimples? I mean they don't really feel like pimples.
