Today, I realized that the "pimples" on my back weren't pimples at all. Because I was unable to see how bad they were for the last week, I never caught on to the fact the they were, in fact, ticks. FML

you need to be tested YESTERDAY ! since the ticks were visible you probably won't have lyme's ( because lymes disease comes from deer ticks, which when normal size are about as big as the lettering on a dime) but there's a chance, and if you catch it early, you can stop alot of the drams that comes with that awful disease. FYL indeed, OP. NExt time, wear white and have a buddy check your hard to see places. primate power!

I'm guessing you were laying in the grass for a while? If you live in an area where ticks are out year-round, why wouldn't you immediately check yourself for bugs when you got up?
