Today, I realized the closest thing I have to guys hitting on me are the ones who ask to be my friend on Call of Duty because I have the word "girl" in my name. FML

On my old Youtube account, it was obvious I was a girl by my username. Every time I commented on this guy's videos, I got 5 guys telling me to come watch their videos and that they loved my username. Now, I have a new name and no guys ever message me asking me to watch their videos.

Yea its because boys think that girls don't play video games. cha, right. But yea I hear yea. COD is the best game ive ever played, but when I played MOH guys always ask me to be theyre friends too. Its flattering but I don't let it go to my head because these boys don't even KNOW me. Online games like COD and WOW (world of warcraft, just in case you didn't know, and I've never played it, well once lol) are fun ways of meeting people because everyone has such low self-esteem (well maybe not everyone) that hidding behind a character is better than actually meeting people in real life. I understand that, most people don't. Anyways, you shouldn't feel bad about it. When I play I put 'girl' in my name too, but only to let peole know that they just got theyre A**es beat by a girl. I'd like to be your friend on COD but it depends on which game you got and on what system.
