Today, I received my first negative feedback on my otherwise flawless eBay record. The woman who bought the item said it wasn't as delicious as she was expecting, so there must be something wrong with it. What was I selling? A new and unopened lipstick. FML

She must like to wear it on her teeth like my grandma does too.

I guess she wanted to be pretty on the inside as well..

Aren't you able to write rebuttals for negative feedback? Make her look like an idiot.

I have stared at this FML for a good five minutes trying to think of something witty to say, but I think the customer's stupidity has dropped my IQ a few points, and I can't come up with anything.

There's always those types on eBay. They can be found in other places too, they are called 'retards'

I have actually bought Channel lipsticks that have had a foul taste to them. Even though the item is sealed and never used, doesn't mean that it can't go bad. Everything, including makeup, has an expiration date.

Dude that's weird who in their right mind eats lipstick?!?!?!?!?!?!

So what the hell could you have done about that? Tell her 'shit happens, can't help you.'

FYL. In this sort of situation phone eBay customer line and explain what's happened. They always do an efficient job with these sort of things, and they always recognise who's right and who's not. Good luck :)

Raspberry Ice - not so nice?? Some people are nuts. Really, who in their right mind says lippy is supposed to be delicious?Unfortunately for your flawless record, you found the customer who's obviously bonkers!!!!

Could you send me a sample of it? I really love the bitter soapiness of MAC, but I'd like to try something new. Thanks OP
