Might be wrong here but if she really regrets it, then it's possible that she didn't know you were the guy's fiancée, or that he even had a fiancée. You could 'connect' with her more intimately to repair your friendship, but definitely disconnect from your (ex)fiancée/hubby.

I would not divorce him. At least not now. Her friend's confesion is aimed to regain the guy. If Op divorces will let the so called friend win twice. Talk to him. Get tested. If he has been a good husband, reconsider. Most of the time pride is not the best counselor. Divorces coming out of anger, or hurt, are always the ugliest and leave the deeper scars.
