Today, I showed up on set for a film that I booked a role in weeks ago. At the time of the audition, the script was being rewritten, so today I was so excited and eager to be told what my role would entail. When they handed me the script, my character was described as a fat, ugly, awkward girl. FML

So based on what I'm reading, you're admitting that you fit the role perfectly with little to no makeup?

So what? At least you have a job. Stop whining and get on with it!

America Ferrera plays the same role and she's gorgeous.

mercy, if you think of Afghanistan as East Iran and Iraq as West Iran, it seems pretty clear what's going on. Iran has 1/6 of the world's natural gas reserves and no uranium, so if it needed to produce power for its people and its economy, the solution is pretty obvious. Also, Iran is one of the sunniest places on Earth. They could become a world leader in solar energy if they put their best minds on it instead of wasting their time making nuclear bombs. . . oops! Did I say that? . . . I meant purely peaceful energy.

Or the could open themselves up as the world's largest tanning salon. I'd go there, if just for the fireworks.

I'm assuming this is a small, indie flick or something similar, and that this is your first role outside of community theatre. Try to be happy you got the job. If you're unhappy with how you're being cast, make a change after this. My director always said there are two kinds of casting: typecasting and wrongful casting. Maybe this one was the second, but if not, there are changes you can make.

If you are serious about getting into show business, you're going to have to do roles that challenge you, and you may have to gain weight or lose weight in the process. Just be glad you got the job.

What's the movie called? I want to see that fat sexy ass!
