Today, I spent 3 hours looking at a youtube video for how to do rubik's cube. Even after being told how to do it, I couldn't finish it. I scroll down at the comments and read "Awesome! I'm 10 and can do it in 3 minutes now!". I'm 28 and still couldn't get it, even with a guide. FML

Today, I had to explain to yet another person that I can't tie a knot. Even if someone walks me through the entire process, I never get it. The person in question berated me for not being able to perform such a "simple" task. I truly don't know what I'm doing wrong, and it makes me feel like an idiot. FML

Today, I attempted to assemble a piece of furniture that boasted "easy, step-by-step instructions." Three hours later, surrounded by mismatched screws and a confusing diagram, I realized the only thing "easy" about it was my decision to ask my dad to come round and assemble it for me. FML

Today, I attempted to assemble a piece of furniture that claimed to be "easy to build in minutes." Four hours and multiple arguments later, I realized I had misread the instructions, and half the parts were upside down. I'm pretty sure the furniture won this round. FML

Today, I was teaching a special techniques class for ballet and was focusing on pirouettes. I was teaching a group of 8 year-olds, and one student could do perfect triple turns one after the other. I still can't do them, and I've been dancing for 15 years. FML

Today, my teacher made the class do Origami. As a disabled and very ham-fisted individual, I was the only one who struggled, while everyone else seemed to get it effortlessly. I started getting extremely upset as it just did not work, and the teacher would not understand just how impossible it is for me. FML

Who would have ever thought that FML would attract so many RC geniuses? I can't do a Rubik's Cube in 10 years. On the other hand, I do make 3-figures an hour and LMAO on the way to the bank every two weeks while you geniuses are trying to best each other's record by 1/4 of a second. Now how about doing something constructive for society and take some of the pressure off those of us who have to pay your taxes and healthcare?

i am a 16 yr old and i could solve a 3x3x3 in 54.7 sec :D u just need to practice the first time took me 2 hrs the second time 10 minutes and then 5, and 3, and 1, and yeah don't worry, u'll be fine

LOL and I wil be the one commenting "Sweet! Im 15 and I can do it in 3 years now!" Actually, Ive never touched a Rubiks cube much less even tried to solve one. But Im guessing that If I dont watch that video "How to solve a Rubiks Cub" It would take years for me to finish one :/ and iff I did watch the video it would be a 50/50 chance on either me getting extremely confuzzled (Haha I love that word...) or becoming a cube genius. Buut. After reading this FML I really want to see if I can solve onee =D
