Today, I spent nearly half an hour clearing several inches of snow off my car. After almost suffering from hypothermia, I finished. Except the car keys were missing from my pocket, presumably buried under a foot of snow. FML

I think she means on the snow around the car to find the keys.

Go inside and wait until spring. Or, move to Florida. If you can get hypothermia while doing vigorous physical activity, you have no idea how to dress for cold weather and are a menace to yourself.

Sounds like every city in the Midwest right now. **** this weather. Good luck op.

It doesn't take that long to shovel snow off a car? I hope you were wearing gloves and a coat.

it might take that long if op lives in the Midwest. I live in Chicago and we have a foot and a half of snow, and our weather was -40°F today

YDI: always make sure you know where your keys are

a few inches isn't bad. we get feet and we loose our cars all together

The upside is you didn't accidentally clear off someone else's car...

Go inside, warm up and come back to find them

Without saying what the temperature was, I think saying "almost suffering hypothermia" was a bit on the dramatic side.

This is why I don't miss living in Wisconsin
