don't do anything evasive!!!!! any sudden or drastic change in behavior will be a red flag and be dangerous! your actions need to suddle and almost untraceable if you are unable to make a full break from him and the area. faking an std or acting gross could alert him to your actions and cause him to retaliate against you. best bet is to make a full and complete break if possible and have people with you, even if you plan on leaving while he is not there incase he unexpectedly returns. if you can't do that, be weiry of any changes in ur behavior, and his reactions too it. BE CAREFUL, however you try to end it.
