I don't see what the big deal is... let him watch the ****. He's doing no harm to anybody at all, he's curious so let him do what he wants to do.
Um being a good and responsible parent is NOT letting your child do whatever they want whenever they want to. What happens if he finds a female willing to explore their sexual curiosities with each other? Are you going to say " they're just curious, let them do what they want to do."? Just because they're curious does not mean they should satisfy their curiosity at such a young age. His balls haven't even dropped, I mean he's eleven! He does not have an inherent right to watch **** at that age. 14-16 is a more "natural" age to be watching ****. Anthony before that is too young. Kids need to be kids while they have a chance.
Anything** (not Anthony, really autocorrect? Really?)
You deserve it for giving an 11 year old a laptop!!
The real thing he needs to learn is how not to get caught!
Try using the router to block key words from the internet. I did that at my old work place, blocked 'facebook' amazing how much time that freed.
For every Internet filter out there, there is probably around ten thousand times as many teenagers trying to find a way around them, and they WILL find a way. If your son wants to watch **** he'll find a way around the filter sooner or later. If you really don't want him to watch **** then take away the source of the **** like his laptop. If he needs it to do school related assignments then let him use only when he is in the same room so you can occasionally turn around and make sure he's not getting "distracted." Kids will be kids and for some kids **** will always be a source of fixation and since he's already watching **** it might be a good time to give him the talk about the birds and the bees OP
Stop trying to prevent him from doing what all boys are bound to do.
Time to take it away. Be a damn parent.
Why does he even have a laptop? At this age kids would be more safe using shared computer in the living room for example?

Is it really necessary for an 11 year old to have his own personal laptop? And OP, unless he bought it himself, you have rights to take it away
#1, there are many things that could be done to stop him. Snap his computer in half. Turn off the Internet router. Stab him, light him on fire, and dump his body behind McDonalds. Or simply just take the computer away.
