What I'm saying is that theres two types of Christians: the over religious type Christian that tries to force their views on everyone else, and the normal Christian who believes in God but doesn't shove their beliefs down everyone's throats.

I never really understood that logic. If there was a god and he gave us free will. Then why can't we have the free will to not believe in him and not be persecuted for having such beliefs?

Well you didn't say exactly how that went but there is some interesting comments here. There are some comments about good Christians and bad Christians. I can tell you the bad Christians are the ones that constantly talk about you going to hell and said that you must follow rules to be a Christian. The good Christians are the ones that lead by example, point to Jesus and pray with you.

Yep, that's a loving god right there. Supposedly creates the world in such a way that the evidence suggests that he doesn't exist, then has people horribly tortured for all eternity for not believing in him. Totally makes sense, that.
