Well. It's true.
amen
Is that Pascal? I'd Wager it is.
If a Christian states his/her believes, then he/she's an asshole forcing opinions on everybody but if an atheist does it then they're right and good for them for standing up for what they believe in, double standard much?
Except atheists state up-to-date and relevant facts, and religious people quote thousands-of-years-old books written by desert camel herders. Besides, OP's mom's opinion was just hateful.
Anyone pressing their beliefs on anyone else is wrong. It doesn't matter if you are a Christian or an atheist, it is wrong.
91- Anyone who forces their beliefs on people without good reason is an asshole. It just so happens that, in this FML, the one forcing their beliefs is a Christian which is probably why people are commenting about how it's annoying when religious people try to force their beliefs onto you. It doesn't seem like much of a double standard to me.
You deserve it you ******* ******
Well she's kinda right

People like her give us normal Christians a bad name..
What I'm saying is that theres two types of Christians: the over religious type Christian that tries to force their views on everyone else, and the normal Christian who believes in God but doesn't shove their beliefs down everyone's throats.
