Is this Leonard?? Just give Penny sometime and she'll eventually leave you in the middle of a bowling match
Maybe she's just shy?? Or maybe you should just wait a couple more weeks, if she doesn't feel the same way still you should dump her. There's no point in dating someone that doesn't have the same feelings as you do.
How dry she is!
It would help to know how long they've been together before making that assumption. If its just a month or so then it's OP's fault for saying too soon.
I told my boyfriend I loved him and because I knew he wasn't ready I said he didn't need to reply and I wouldn't be hurt. I'd rather him tell me when he truly meant it rather than say it because "he felt he should." and about two moths later, he told me he loved me and we couldn't be happier now. :) good luck OP. goo things come to those who wait.
You stole this from the OC. Dumb idiot. Be original muh fuggaZ
Sounds like an episode of The Big Bang Theory. Is her name Penny, Leonard?

Maybe she's just nervous. Give her a bit of time and don't bring it up for a 2-3 weeks, then ask if you said it too soon.
Just give her time, it's not always easy to say those words back, maybe she wants it to mean something important. I can be that way too, I don't want be be half assed about the word "Love". So just give her time :) Try again in 3-6 weeks, those who wait receives
