Just to let everyone know, 9 months is legit. My parents got married after 6 months and they have been together for over 20 years. And my advice for OP - I hope you didn't say that over text! And just because you want that, doesn't mean she does too, if anything you can talk to her and reassure her that it doesn't have to happen (or lie and say you made the whole thing up). lolz
