Today, I told my husband I felt unfulfilled and unhappy in my life. He suggested I do more chores. FML

Oh yes, whenever I'm feeling down, washing dishes and vacuuming always puts a big smile on my face! What great advice!

That sucks, but if you are feeling seriously unhappy then you should seek legitimate advice. Good luck in fulfilling yourself and being happy!

Tell him eat a cow and shove it down his ass

perhaps he is the reason for you feeling "unfulfilled" and "unhappy".

your gf, wife or future wife is so lucky.

That's when you ask him if whether he wants a maid or a divorce settlement.

It isn't too late to chase a career dream!

True! Build a new business or create a group on something you're passionate about!

The choice to be happy or not is yours alone. How you react to what is happening is within your power. You could laugh since he is making a joke. You could be angry for him being insensitive. You have the power to define your own world view.

So you're saying there's no need at all for husbands and wives to be kind to each other? Of course she's in control of herself, but if she is depressed, it would certainly make things easier if her husband were more supportive of her.

What I am saying is exactly what #33 did. They were feeling down. They took control of the situation, learned new things and got into a better place. Throwing all of your mental well being onto your spouse is not fair to either of you. Support each other, but don't just dump on them and expect them to fix it.

It's probably not marital problems, she probably feels underwhelmed with her occupation or needs a change in other ways.

You should definitely divorce him, only if you feel he's causing it. But really, if he is, get rid of his sexist ass.

Yeah, this is a fitting reason for divorce.
