where is the dealership ?
The only way a lawsuit would apply is if OP had previous work done at the dealership that involved taking off tires - some random could have loosened said lug nuts then OP brings it into dealership. Dealership checks for knocking noise, checks suspension, all seems ok. Either way, a more detailed inspection should have been done, but unfortunately it wasn't. Hope OP gets a new car though if it was the dealerships fault.
