Today, I took my driver's test. I did everything flawlessly, but my examiner kept all but pissing his pants throughout. He yelled, "ARE YOU TRYING TO GET US KILLED?!" when I drove past a traffic light just as it was about to turn red. The road was almost empty. He failed me on the spot. FML

For the test, you need to play it overly safe. Then, once you're granted a license, drive like every other crazy ******.

Your and his perception of flawless driving clearly differ. I trust his judgement more.

You deserve it for driving like an idiot during an examination.

You are an idiot. Go kill yourself.

Dumb!! Always play safe during the test, then after you get the license you can drive however you want

on test day everything is by the book. yellow means stop if safe to do so!!

If the examiner (the guy whose job is to be able to determine if someone drives safely) is scared when you drive (even though he spends 8 hours a day in a car with people who don't know how to drive), maybe you did a bit worse than "flawless". Personally, I think they should make it much harder to obtain a license. There are too many idiots on the road who think they are perfect drivers but don't even come close.

I need to like this more than once...

The fact that u are clueless about why he was scarred sh!tless and had the nerve to post this tells me u didn't need a license in the first place!!!

you know they never pass anyone on their first try :)

Um welcome to Australia? YDI for not reading your road handbook.

Even if it's empty, you must be overly careful with everything.

if your tester is 'all but pissing his pants the entire way through' as you say then clearly you were not driving 'flawlessly' i dont drive, ive not read the manual and even i know that when the light is orange slow down and prepare to come to a complete stop, not jump through it.
