The fact that OP is willing to talk about the issues in the marriage says that he is not wanting to cheat or get a divorce. Since we don't know all the dynamics and history of their relationship, it is nonproductive to give specific advice. I DO think that counseling is in order since, regardless of the reasons for not having a sexual relationship, there seems to be a breakdown in communication as well as disrespect for the OP. If she is unwilling to get professional help for the marriage then OP will have to weigh his options as far as the next best step for him.

This is one of those situations where counseling could help. If she won't go, then go without her. And by help, that could also mean deciding the relationship is no longer viable. It's a difficult situation. Clearly there is more going on causing your issues but if she's not willing to work on her side of it, that's a bad sign.
