so you went up to two girls and said "What time is it?" and they burst out laughing? thats a weird reaction, you should have been like "Im not trying to hit on you ***** i just need to know what time it is" and walk away so they feel bad too

I live in Mexico and I daily take cabs, not once they have done that sort of thing... So it's not the rule

Were you in Tijuana? The taxi drivers are horrid here. I even witnessed a crash today between two competing taxis.

This must've in Mexico City, where traffic lights are ornaments for many don't work, stripes are non-existent, stops signs mean "watch out for cars
