Today, I've reached the point in my life where the "Apply to affected area" label on acne cream essentially means I need to take a bath in the stuff. FML

OP here, I made an account to reply. To clarify a bit, I'm 19, so I've been dealing with acne for a while and have my face pretty well under control. I said I need to take a bath in acne cream because it's mostly my shoulders and back, and no amount of washing and scrubbing seems to help. Thanks for the funny comments and advice :)

Are you a teenager? If so that's completely normal so I wouldn't worry about it

I feel you! We are in this together!!!

I feel your pain OP, I have a similar problem

I wouldn't use any of the products for acne... I've tried a lot of things but they all have bad side effects that hurt your skin. The stuff a dermatologist prescribed me even made it worse. A friend who works in the beauty industry told me to try diluted Apple Cider Vinegar and it works wonders if you don't mind smelling like a pickle at night, just wash it off in the morning!

hydrogen peroxide works wonders might sting a bit but it's an amazing wonder product

No vitamins. Stop eating chocolate and greasy foods. Use rubbing alcohol on a rag once a day to scrub your face

Contrary to popular belief eating greasy food actually doesn't contribute to acne neither does junk food but milk can cause it to be worse And food high in fiber and fruit can help it get better

I was struggling a lot with acne when I was 16 and 17 and believe it or not id use Johnson and Johnson baby body wash(the original stuff) and it cleared it up relatively quickly, I still use it today and I hardly ever have zits any more :) Good luck to you OP it'll get better

I'm sorry to hear that, OP. I also struggle with acne and acne scars since I can remember! Have you heard about Forever Living? They are based in the United States but operate globally. I can always give you more information if you're looking to try. Happy to help, OP :3
