Usually If they tell you one moment, they have a good reason. Just because you pull up to the speaker box and there is no one else there does not mean that there is not at least two or three cars ahead of you who are also waiting on orders. Sometimes, it can't be helped if they make you wait a bit. They might be uunderstaffed for the day. it's very difficult sometimes to actually get people to come in to work. Which brings me back to what my point is going to be. Just be patient and wait.

Restraint and common courtesey in a drive-thru for one person ends after 5 minutes. It blows when people hold up the line like that. If any of you were waiting behind someone for that long you'd only wish to have the balls that OP did. You would have wanted to curse the guy out too - plus, you also might have felt bad if it turned out the guy you yelled at also had a stutter. Stop ******** on OP. Envy is unbecoming.
