Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML

Today, I was waiting in line for breakfast at the McDonald's drive-thru. After getting so fed up that the line hadn't budged for 10 mins, I pulled out of the line, only to realize I was waiting behind 2 parked cars that were just to the left of the drive-thru lane. FML

Today, I was stuck in the drive-thru line from hell. The guy in front of me started freaking out and demanded that I back out so he could pull out. I tried to tell him there were cars behind me, but that didn’t stop him from getting out of his car and kicking out my headlights. FML

Today, I went through the drive-through at Dunkin Donuts and asked for an iced coffee. After no response, I started frantically screaming about bad service. After a while, a woman came out to my car and said, "Please pull up to the speaker." I'd been yelling at a garbage bin for 5 minutes. FML

Today, while standing in line at a local Mexican fast food place, I was feeling generous and let a little kid behind me go in front. Turns out he had a list, and was ordering food for his whole family. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. FML

Today, I decided to work on my social anxiety by ordering some food. I waited in line, practicing my order in my head all the way. When I got to the front, I said my order with no mistakes. The cashier just stared blankly at me until I mumbled, "Never mind..." and left. FML

Today, I went out to dinner. The waiter was pretty cute. He greets us, "Hi my name is... (long pause) Jordan." Thinking he was flirting, I quickly smart back, "Are you confused?" He says, "No actually, I have a stutter." FML

Today, I was in a hurry to get to work. I pulled impatiently behind a long line of cars to make a right hand turn. I sat there for 5 minutes. Turns out there wasn't a line to make a right hand turn. I had been waiting behind a line of parked cars. FML

Today, as I served an elderly man at the fast-food restaurant where I work, he leaned over the counter so that his face was mere inches from mine and asked me if I wanted to buy his car. When I politely told him I wasn't interested, he insisted on making a complaint about me to my manager. FML

i know you didn't know this at first, but my god are you a dumbass. you probably have NO idea how bad it is to have a stutter and how much of a serious complex it can give you, so it's not "FML", it's definitely FHL.

enough with the F words & stuff... You need JESUS - His peace, his patience, his LOVE and kindness unto others, and away with our selfish ways, arrogance, pride, prejudice, etc.. JESUS did not condemn you for doing wrong but tell you to turn from it and do right. "Love is PATIENT and KIND, not jealous or boastful and proud or rude, IT DOES NOT DEMAND ITS OWN WAY, NOT IRRITABLE, and keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the TRUTH wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures thru every circumstance" (1 Corinthians 13:4-6). Therefore, because JESUS LOVES US FIRST, we oughta love each other back & treat them the same way we want to be treated. Nobody is perfect, not you, not me, not that guy whom you've cursed (his stuttering may be his imperfection), only God is and we look to Him thru Jesus. I am not saying you are obese but if, let's say you are obese, how would you feel if you're walking in line inside McDonalds and some guy behind you tell you "hurry you up ******* slow ass bitch you need to use the drive thru cuz you're so FAT!!" ?? Yeah, you wouldn't want that would you??!! I used to stutter bad and I still do but can be managed. No need be so shallow and judge the way people appear, people who stutter or have a communications disorder are often brilliant in mind, only trouble is expressing what's on their minds. I went thru 4 years of undergrad and 4 years of medical school and will be starting residency, yeah it will be challenging, but I know it's mostly in my head and I trust that God will provide me with everyting I'll need despite that I stutter. Jesus loves you.
