Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML

Look if the person had a stutter they should have gone INSIDE. It's the drive thru for.....what is it...FAST food. Those fast food places have timers on how fast they can take care of a customer and the customer is usually supposed to be gone in 3 minutes. And OP isn't a bitch, i'd be mad too if I had to wait for 10 minutes for my damn food. I might not have gotten out of my car and cursed at them but I definitely would have been pissed. That ******* retard should have gone inside like the other retards know to do.

@ 267: You are, without a doubt, an idiot. The gentleman with the stutter is in no way a "retard" - his mental faculties are in no way diminished - he suffers from a speech impediment. Whether he'd gone to the window or inside to the counter, his stutter would have remained. As for waiting 10 minutes, the OP must have some serious anger problems. By all means, get frustrated, but why on earth get out of the car to abuse a complete stranger? Ever twinge of guilt she feels is entirely deserved. I sincerely hope the unjustly abused gentleman has dealt with the OP's tirade well and doesn't blame himself. OP, YDI.

Surely it's not normal behaviour to shout at people who are taking a while in a Drive Thru anyway? FFS, that's just downright rude. I had a Saturday job at a Drive Thru for a while and nobody was that rude, and I was dealing with a lot of drunk, aggressive Scots. They might be annoyed but it is not normal behaviour to get out of a car and yell at the person in front of you for "taking 10 minutes, shock horror!" FFS. Also, people with stammers aren't retarded in the slightest. The only retard here is clearly you.
