Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML

Why the hell would you go screaming at the driver? The people working drive-thru could've been slow for all you know.

To everyone saying it's ok b/c OP didn't know he stuttered - so what??? Since when is getting out of your car and screaming at someone a mature, acceptable reaction to anything short of them trying to harm someone? And to everyone saying he should have gone inside - sometimes it's easier for someone with a stutter to speak when they're not face to face. It's less pressure. Besides - there are a ton of things that could make you wait for 10 minutes in a drive through line: the restaurant could be short-handed, a machine could be broken, or there could be 10 people in front of you because it just happens to be lunch or dinner time. If it were one of those, would it be OK for OP to go in and scream at everyone in the restaurant, or to go scream at every car in front of hers? Waiting 10 minutes for food is not a big deal. Either accept the fact that you can't have everything you want the exact second you want it, go somewhere else, or - crazy idea - cook something.

recently seeing comments, to the two saying, "she's american" should be slapped. I have a lot of friends who are nice, I'm american. Think about what you said, kinda racist.
