I cant say that I havent thought of killing my cat, but till now no one has heard me, so I kinda understand, but sucks for you hearing that.

hellooooo have they never heard of antifreeze? my friends cat died because his neighbor put out a bowl of antifreeze and all the cats in the neighborhood drank some. he only found out because the guy forgot to bring the bowl in next morning
