You need to run as fast as you can. The best way? Dump her, then break off all contact. Change your number, don't answer her calls etc, it'll be hard but you have to act like she doesn't exist, it's the only way she'll get it. Sorry man, we're not all crazy bitches. Good luck!

#107, what if she loves him, but he doesn't love her? He shouldn't stay with her because he feels sorry for her for being psychotic, he shouldn't stay with her if he doesn't love her, it's not healthy for either of them. He needs to leave, for his own mental health and well-being.
