So long as you had a sports bra on, or are a guy, you pretty much should have told him to f*** off and get over himself. I don't know why people say YDI for trying to impress someone. I'm guessing they're probably people no one would try to impress, and are jealous no one is likely to ever take off their top or smile at them, trying to impress. If it was me, regardless if I was attracted to the person, I'd take it as a compliment and at least have the decency to smile back. He sounds like a jerk. Count yourself lucky he didn't ask for your number and you didn't have to sit through what would've no doubt been a very boring and self centered date with the guy.

If you're trying to get someone's attention by taking your clothes off, try a strip club. Though I'm guessing by his reaction that you'd need to hit the gym a few more times first. It makes me laugh when people think they look good, then get shot down. People are too arrogant when they have no right to be. You deserved it. Plus, if the only thing that would get his attention is you taking off your clothes, he's probably pretty shallow and you're probably pretty desperate.
