Yellow- This will be the last message I post, as I really don't have time to get into a flame war with you. I suggest you read the following Supreme Court cases: Tinker v. Des Moines Indep. Cmty. Sch. Dist., 393 U.S. 503 (1969) Bethel Sch. Dist. No. 403 v. Fraser, 478 U.S. 675 (1986) Hazelwood Sch. Dist. v. Kuhlmeier, 484 U.S. 260 (1988) Morse v. Frederick, 551 U.S. 393 (2007) OP, a quick chat with a lawyer will tell you who is correct.
Ist amendment: a citizen of these united states of america may have the right to free speech. If it was an assignment in a public school in the United states mainland, then your son does not have to serve the detention, and you can get the teacher 1) fired for improper conduct toward a students opinion, and 2) can go to the school board and principle aurguing that your son does not, and will not serve the detention. if they insist on giving it to him, saying he has no choice, get the best layer you can find, and sue the S**t out of them for denying your son the right to free speech.
Kids need to be taught to show more respect. And that is the parents job, you deserve this.
Hahaha yes! Love this one
Your son is AWESOME.
But so worth it
Straight up! May I present Americas next generation!
