Haha your kid sounds like a boss
All seriousness aside of the suspension, if I was sitting there I would have busted out laughing, that is hilarious
Might want to have a chat about the nuances of tact.

I hope you are still reading these comments. I'm an expert in First Amendment law (freedom of speech). If it is a public school, they are not legally allowed to suspend your son unless he is causing serious disruption, being very lewd, or advocating drug use. Contact a lawyer, get the suspension reversed and enjoy the look on the teacher's face when they have to apologize to your son. Letting the school violate your son's rights is not a good thing. The ACLU or similar organization may take the case for free - it's really a slam dunk case. A simple letter to the school may resolve it. *This is not legal advice or council, merely a suggestion to consult with a lawyer about your specific case.
alxdakid & 1st_Amendment, Please go back to law school (if, in fact, either of you actually graduated in the first place.) Schools are not purely public places, they are conditional spaces. This is the reason anyone cannot walk in and wander around without getting a "visitor" sticker (and to obtain one they need a reason to be there.) Otherwise, they may be asked to leave. Likewise, the school may suspend students for not following any rules of which they had prior notice. One of these rules, in every school in which I've worked, is the prohibition of vulgarity. The idea that students are allowed to run around cursing out teachers and administrators and are protected by the first amendment is laughable. Really, I would mock you if your shocking lack of actual education wasn't so terribly sad.
