Today, I was called into my first day of work as a cashier. Not even 30 minutes into training, my boss had already "accidentally" touched my ass 7 times. FML

Today, at my first day of work, I was impressing my trainer with my skills by carrying many trays at once. Well, I could until I came around a corner and ran into a customer. With food all over his front, he introduced himself to me as the head manager. FML

Today, I was at work as a grocery store cashier. I felt a hand slap my ass. Turning around I saw an old man winking at me and I screamed. When my manager came to deal with the problem she didn't believe me and gave the man a $25 gift card for "the trouble" I caused. FML

I wasn't disrespecting any woman. I have Tourette Syndrome and I think it's hilarious when people make fun of my tics. Some people need to learn to just stop being so up tight and laugh. The guy was being sarcastic anyway and a bunch of people jumped about it. There's no reason anyone to get this wound up about anything. Personally, I think OP should have asked a coworker to watch out for her so she could have a witness and press charges. I think it's horrible if that would happen to anyone, male or female. There are tons of comments on different FMLs about guys being pigs or being stupid or what have you. But the moment someone makes any sarcastic comment about women, suddenly they're all bad people. If there was any reason to not take women seriously, that would be it. I'm all for equality and it starts with us men. If we want them to be EQUAL, we have to treat them EQUALLY. This would include not being infuriated just because of one joke. We guys make fun of each other all the time and no one gets this upset. If you want women to be equal, then treat them just as you would a man.
