Don't feel bad op. Modeling agencies consider a size 8 to be "too fat." And average looking is not bad. 95% of the people you see everyday walking about are "average looking."
95% is a gross exaggeration. Realistically, about 60% of people are probably within one standard deviation of "average looking". I'd guess maybe 30% are in the "below average range". And about 10% are "above average". Unless you're blind. In which case, by definition everyone is "average-looking" to you.
Who desides who's below and above average-looking?
46- Size 8? No... I think you mean anything beyond a size 4. You're generous! :)
why is 6 licking her chops
kinda hard to hit a reply button when you are on a Iphone Toxi.. but i was just agreeing with you. And yes Rose McGowan is lovely. but again i dislike Jessica Fox. * shrugs *
Ah ok. I just use FML on my browser on my Blackberry, because the Blackberry app isn't free. :/ Anyway, ok. It's cool. I'm actually happy for anyone who loves their body. More power to them, as long as they REALLY feel that way and aren't trying to justify unhealthy habits.
thats a buncha crap..more and more cell phone companies are trying to assrape the consumer >.< you know who i adore :) Jennifer Tily..i loathe her voice but shes very stunning in a few movies ;)
hows this a bad thing? i mean average or not your beautifull enough to model..
YDI for having an extra large figure (unless you have a medical reason, in which case I'm sorry), and YDI for complaining about getting paid to model.
u know big is beautiful sometimes.
your life's not ******, go to the gym
50: I can see most people and find a feature that is nice on them. Like the guy I saw at my daughter's gymnastics class. He is by most standards ugly: chubby, balding, droopy pants, extremely hairy arms and no ass. But he has very pretty green eyes and long eyelashes. It almost seems out of place considering the rest of his looks.
this shouldn't alter the pride you felt when you found out you were chosen; you have an opportunity to share your inner beauty with other women who may also feel like all that matters is body shape or facial appearance.

It sometimes makes me sad that anything above a size 6 is considered "plus size" in the modeling world. And I highly doubt that you're ugly, OP (as your name suggests). The modeling world (and society) can really be very cruel. So sorry! :(
Beats being picked cause of anorexic figure
