No he may not be obese. A guy whose in really good shape can have a bigger chest than woman who may have b-cups or even a little bigger. He may bench press a lot weight have muscle there. This is why many guys in better shape tend to go for woman w/ at least a dd-cup an higher. Most guys don't want a girl w/ smaller boobs than them.

Trust me, people can feel equally as self-conscious about larger breasts. My poor niece is 13 and wears a 32DD, and she's really skinny, so it makes it worse.
