Today, I was driving my 7-year-old daughter to school, when out of nowhere a bird smashed into the windshield. Instead of screaming or being traumatized by the gore like me, my daughter started laughing, eventually calling the bird a "stupid bastard". FML

You should probably build a little mini prison in your basement. Just in case she thinks YOUR blood and gore will be funny.

Daddy letting her watch R Rated movies?

I think it's more likely that she picked it up from her parents, or from other school children. Highly doubt OP or her spouse let their 7 year old watch R-rated movies. I find it interesting that this was your first thought though lol.

that's a pretty terrible thing to say, maybe try to teach her compassion for all living things

A pigeon flew into my headlight when I was only doing 30mph, I found it hilarious. Your daughter is awesome.

I hope you're reborn as a pigeon

a cat ran into my car when I was going 20 and even though I saw it keep running I freaked.. and I hate cats!! you're just messed up.

indeed #15 we won't let them rain on our parade. when things just happen, even cruel things, it can be extremely funny. Hurting animals or purposely causing harm is in NO way funny and shouldn't be made into a joke. But if an animal ***** itself up, damn right I'm laughing.

Have fun during the teen years if they keep an attitude like that up..

Kids sometimes react strangly when taken by surprise. Could just be a shock reaction.
