Ahh, California...you make so much sense so much of the time, and then you went and outlawed talking on the phone while driving. For me, at least, that's several times safer than having a passenger in the car. FYL - you even had the good sense to pull over when your driving was going to become impaired.

ha. this is made up. you're telling us that your two best friends die, you get a ticket for talking on the phone while driving, and then you come home and post it on fml the day it happens. liar. i bet you are bored at home.

You could have caused an accident that killed another person's friends, or made your mutual friend's loss even bigger by killing yourself on the road. Really, there's a reason that it's not allowed to use a cellphone while driving. I'm sorry about your friends - I truly am - but even grief does not make you stand above law.
