Today, I was eating a bag of almonds I got from the bulk food store, picking off what I thought was stringy remnants of their shells. When I finally got down to the bottom of the bag, I found a silk worm circling around the last almond left of a bag of about 200. FML

What was so bad about that? Clay Aiken would have stared down that silkworm, gulped it down like if it was a snack, and then went looking for more. Stop complaining.

Ugh. Not a good thought. But you've been eating worms all your life. No one likes to think of the rodent & insect feces that are in the food -- but they're there. Some food contains weevils and/or moths as well. Then there are parasites . . .

That's pretty gross... but on the bright side, you saw the worm before you ate it, and you picked off all the silk, so I don't think you have too much to worry about.
