if she gets diagnosed with depression make her make paper snowflakes, because hey, she likes to cut
I know how you feel, OP. My mother knew I had OCD from a young age; when we went shopping, I would sort the shelves, move CDs to alphabetical order, and offer to clean my own hair off the floor after I had my hair cut (I was about 7 at the time). Neither she nor my dad sought help for it, but took advantage of me to clean the pantry, closets, garage, floors, etc. I feel that it's gotten more extreme and occurred more often over the years, so get help or seek support from a psychiatrist, if you can.
Welcome to my life story. Oh hey, you like to clean. How about me and six other (half are grown adults) just leave everything wherever and let you handle it.

Oh but of course you love to clean! Just like how people with severe depression just LOVE to feel hopeless and dejected every minute of their lives...
OCD doesn't always mean cleanliness, it just means order to your preference. Explain that to her next time.
