I don't wanna live on this planet anymore..
this world is ****** up!
What's happening to our world...
some people should not be allowed to breed, period.
But who a aid it was his kid? Maybe it was is nephew or cousin or something you never know.
Okay first of all, the OP never said it was the driver's kid. Second, it doesn't really matter what the driver and the kid are to each other, the kid still needs to have some respect towards other people.
Yep, engaging the life of a child is always the best option.
i dont see the problem here at all. "oh no, somene thought i look good, my life is so horrible!!" you think a kid riding shotgun in a truck is dangerous? its a hell of a lot safer than riding in a carseat in the back of a car.
how dare she be found attractive. her life must suck so much to be attractive enough that a guy would compliment her. poor her.
It's not a compliment, Lisa. It's harassment. What grown woman wants that kind of attention from a toddler?
do you really think a toddler came up with that on his own? the guy wanted her to see the cute little boy. and geez, maybe a woman who doesnt take everything offensively would like to be complimented. its not harrassment.
139, It doesn't matter that it wasn't the kid's idea. The problem is that the dad is teaching him that doing this is okay. Catcalling can range from disrespectful to threatening, but even so, most women I know find all of it to be gross and make them uncomfortable or scared.
I don't know about you, Lisa, but I don't like being yelled at by strangers when I'm just minding my own business, regardless of the stranger's age or what they're shouting at me.
139- Obviously it's unlikely that the 4 year old came up with it on his own, but that isn't the point. The point is that his dad (or whoever the older man might have been) is teaching him that it's okay to shout things like that at random women. Yes, it may be *intended* as a compliment, and I'm sure some women are okay with it, but lots of women aren't. It can feel very uncomfortable and annoying, especially if it happens regularly. Also there's a big difference between being told something like "you look very nice today" and having someone shout "nice ass!" at you. One is a friendly compliment, the other is creepy and annoying.
Thank God for Sesame Street. Kids learn so young.
