Today, I was grocery shopping. When I turned around I noticed a group of teens passing by laughing. I didn't think anything of it until I got to my cart. The losers had left a pack of Slim Fast in my cart. I'm pregnant. FML

Don't think too much of it, OP. At least you're not one of those people who gets pregnant but never knows it until the baby comes out (believe me, there's a show on that).

Why do people get upset about these kind of situations? If you know you're not fat then why would you care if some teenagers are stupid enough to not realize you're pregnant. Congratulations, by the way :)

Pregnant women get upset about their weight or others' comments because it cannot be controlled. Yes, she knows she is pregnant but it doesn't make it hurt any less.

As a pregnant woman I can tell you it's hard enough getting ready for parenthood without all the physical changes to your body, some of which are permanent. Even though these changes are natural, there's a level of insecurity that goes with them, wanting to still be attractive (especially for our partners), worrying that we won't look as good after as we did before, rounded out with feeling silly for feeling vain when the baby is what's most important. And all of that is compounded by crazy hormones that exacerbate all of this way beyond what it normally would be. It's the worst time in a woman's life to be hearing personal comments about her appearance

First of all, congrats on the baby! ^_^ Second of all, they're idiots. I would know. There's this guy I know who calls anyone (even girls) gay if they show any affection to their own gender. Just ignore them. They'll mature eventually.

SlimFast is basically candy. You won't lose weight with it unless you eat nothing else. So you could actually use it for some much-needed extra calories.
