Wtf, so your out with all your stuff..its raining..and the first thing you think of is to post this on Fmylife? Sorr,y but that wouldn't be the first thing I would jump to do.
Maybe this happened a few days ago, we don't know. It might just be written that way since it sounds better.
Did you not notice your roommate move out three days ago? Or how about them packing their stuff before that? Do you usually not see your roommate for three days? Shouldn't you have known when your lease was ending? I don't think getting kicked out is your only problem...
YDI. You're living there so you should know about the lease. It was kind of sucky of your roommate not to tell you, but it's not his/her job. Maybe s/he assumed that you would be on top of it, ya know, like you should have been?
You didn't think that the lease would end a year after you moved in?? How the hell do you live somewhere and not know when your lease ends? YDI.
Don't believe it. 1) You didn't notice your friend moved out for 3 days? And his belongings in living room gone? 2) The landlord should have came and check the place before giving back the damage deposit. 3) Most likely the Landlord would have lined up another tenant before start of the month. My landlord had potential tenant come and see the place before I moved out. They won't lose a month's rent. 4) Lastly, why didn't you pay the rent for this month?
Didn't you notice your roommate gone?

That's how the FMLs are written.... doesn't mean that he is currently sitting outside in the rain right now. He is probably describing the situation when it happened. THINK!
Didn't you notice your roommate had moved out with all his stuff three days ago? And why is your landlord so uncompromising? He just made you move all your stuff out? Is your place in terrible condition or something? This is definitely a YDI.
