Wow.. you have to so get her back. I would be mortified if my mom did something like that. But my parents are the kind that have to approve every picture i put on facebook, so this wouldnt happen to me. Get a picture of your mom on the toilet or just a bad picture in general and put it on facebook.. and tell her the only way your taking it down is if she takes the other one down. Problem solved? :)
