Today, I was out to dinner with a friend I had a crush on. The whole time, he was flirting with the waitress while I was trying to get him to notice me. When we got the check, he looked at her and said, "She's not my girlfriend, I only go out with pretty girls. So, can I have your number?" FML

I really hope you called him out for being a jerk. Better still, I hope you did it right in front of the girl he was hitting on. Make him feel like the ass he is. I also really hope the girl didn't say yes. Even if she didn't know you, it would be so cold to go out with a guy who would say something like that about his friends. Not to mention, if the guy talks that way about his friends, imagine how he'd talk about a girlfriend...It's just bad for everyone.

Man I hope you got up and left him with the check, maybe slip in a "what pretty girl would date a herpes ridden dick!" or something like that. On the bright side he was nothing but an ex crush, if he's willing to hurt a friend like that, I can imagine he would be disrespectful as a bf.
