Today, I was peeing in the shower when my girlfriend suddenly pulled open the shower curtain in an attempt to scare me. Startled, I quickly spun around and peed all over her dress. FML

"It's better to be pissed off, than to be pissed on" - James Rolfe :P

Hi-larious... I'd say you deserved it, but really, she deserved it.

#44, stfu. Shower/bath water does go through the same treatment as water from your toilet. I'm pretty sure it does. But I find it odd that you're quite happy for the dirt and stuff to be washed off while they shower but not pee? I don't see what the big difference is tbh. I mean, when you shower all your sweat and stuff will be washed away down the drain so of course it has to be treated if it's going elsewhere, or whatever. It also saves on water ;) I mean, yeah... most of us are accustomed to peeing in the toilet, washing in the shower etc... but it doesn't mean it's a terrible thing to do.

Urine is sterile anyways, right? What's the big deal?

you should poop in the shower and wash yerself in the toilet

I pee in the shower, too. Big deal. Most people do. This is more of an FHL. **** HER life. SHE deserved it. A man has the right to do whatever the **** he wants in the shower. It's called respecting privacy. Maybe next time she'll think before scaring someone in the shower.

44, While I am a male that does not pee in showers, I take offence at your statement that urine needs to be "treated" to be environmentally safe. The chemicals used to "treat" sewage are considerably more dangerous for the environment than human urine, which is actually healthy for plants, et cetera. Or are you one of those environmentalists that thinks scrubbing living plants with clorox is a good idea...? Your ignorance and psudo-environmentalist claims give a bad name to "hippie tree-hugger freaks." Seriously, check your facts here. The urine and feces of just about any animal are wonderful fertiliser--usually much better than chemicals. OP, just drag her into the shower with you to get her clean. Then convince her to start taking her clothes off to wash them more effectively. problem solved, both parties happy. =P
