That is like failing a drug test and saying "well, I was in the room the other day when my friend smoked it". Not going to happen, short bus. sLsIDK, can you explain to me how smoking causes more harm to the people around the smoker, than the smoker themselves? I could maybe understand you saying equal harm, but I really don't understand how it could possibly be more harmful for the people around the smoker.

It doesn't cause more harm, he is just a ******* retard. And he was OUTSIDE smoking, how is it causing harm to the kids around him? I doubt he was in the middle of a crowd of kids blowing smoke in every one of their faces. Grow up, people smoke, you'll get over it.

Smoking harms the people around them more because tons of smokers sit in a crowd smoking, or even around just a few people. Considering I'm a gamer, IMO Are of Effect damage is a lot greater (accumulated) than the damage the smoker does to himself. I made my dad stop smoking because he knew it was harmful to me. The only thing I don't like about smokers is that a lot of them do it around other people, I don't give a shit if they are smoking by themselves/with people who don't mind, but when you're smoking around a lot of people chances are the amount of people who do mind out weigh those who don't. @Fminetoo: I'm Christian and possibly will be changing what I consider myself to be to an atheist. @107: That made you sound more like a baby than what you tried to make it seem like I sounded.

Well maybe if non-smokers took the time to stay out of smoking sections then you wouldn't have this problem of being bothered by smoke... & no actually, you just sound like a baby complaining about smoking. It's your own fault that you choose to sit/stand just be around smokers in the first place, they don't force you to stay where you are & force you to be around them. You choose to be around them. Atleast we, as smokers, don't force you to have this little designated corner to go and sit/stand in like what you do to us. We're just fed up with people like you who complain about it all the time.

sLsIDK, As far as i know, if your an atheiest, its defined at not believing in god, but believing in Satan. If i was an Athiest, then i would be able to "believe" myself to be a spawn of Satan, unfortunely, i am Agnostic and don't have a fricken clue in what to believe in until i reach death, then ill find out what really exists......

That's funny because never in my life have I chosen to be around a smoker while they were smoking. Disneyland, smoking sections at some choke-points. When I'm out of town for a relatives birthday, they generally go to a bar that is infested with smoke. I will however say that I've been around smoking less and less lately and that I am grateful for it.

Maybe he was in a car, this obviously was a ******* high school that he went to, why else would a person think that the OP was a student? Because he probably looks young and the person thought that he was a student.

You are the reason restaurants have banned smoking. I've gone to so many restaurants before this whole smoking ban has happened and I can't tell you how many times I was sitting in the smoking section and had a NON-SMOKER sitting behind me talking about how much they hate smoke.. Suggestion: Don't sit in the smoking section! Thank god there's still a few restaurants around where I live that still have a smoking section because they actually took the time to find out what they could do to continue to have smoking in their restaurant.
