Um, you can't really do that in the middle of a game. It's distracting. Saying "hurry up" was kind of a dick move, though. Also, "remote" = "controller."

Why would you degrade yourself by putting down the CONTROLLER (as it's so much more commonly called) while playing video games, especially being a girl, and trying to give your boyfriend a ******* instead? I play Xbox Live with my boyfriend and I've never once given thought to doing that. (Then again, maybe I'm too competitive...) In my mind, you deserved getting rejected. The world needs more girls playing video games anyway.

Well first off, you called the controller a remote. And if you're in the middle of a live game, why would you just up and stop and take his pants off when you're in the middle of a game?! You could have at least said something, like that you were bored, first. I wouldn't reallyconsider this a FML, since it was pretty random an like you were playing with other people, not just you two. And maybe that's a good thing that he's into more things than just sex, that in no way means he doesn't deserve her. But his saying you're better at video games is a little rude haha

I've been playing video games for at least 17 years now, and I don't really see anything wrong with calling it a remote. I probably use controller more often, but I see them as interchangeable. The pet name for the Wii's remote control is the Wiimote, after all.
