Today, while I was working my shift at the store, my girlfriend appeared and asked to talk to me. Once we were alone, she burst into tears and started sobbing. Turns out someone's dad died in her favorite TV show and she wanted some comfort. FML

Today, I was crying over my favorite artist dying (as I often do). I was home alone, watching his documentary/movie in my living room, and I started crying REALLY HARD. It was the loudest and hardest I've ever cried. Guess who showed up to the house? The cops. The neighbors thought I was dying. FML

Today, I cried so much I felt nauseous and almost puked. Why was I crying? I made up a hot, brooding, cold, and heartless guy who secretly cared about me, and who's super protective. Then I imagined him dying by being stabbed. I cried over a guy I made up in my head. FML

Today, I had red eyes from crying, and everyone assumed that my mom, who has been seriously ill, had died so they tried comforting me. It was quite embarrassing to have to tell them that it was because I'd just watched the last episode of season 4 of Veronica Mars. FML

Today, I cried harder than I have in years. I was babysitting, and watching Pokémon to pass the time. It was the episode where Ash, Dawn, and Brock on the show went their separate ways, and may never be together again. FML

Today, I saw an old friend while out and about. Since I don't leave the house very often, my friend was surprised to see me in person. He jokingly asked if someone was dying, and I cried in response. I was in fact going to the hospital to say goodbye to my grandma. FML

Today, I was at a meeting. One of the other members decided to share that their cat had passed away recently. I got an uncontrollable nervous laugh, started crying because I was laughing so hard, and left the room while everyone watched in horror. FML

seriously? You went to the hospital for that? (I'm going to skip the part about how lame you are for crying THAT hard over a FICTIONAL character) Babies do this all the time, that is cry so hard that they don't breathe. What you do is blow on their face, which startles them, causes them to inhale, and problem solved. or you don't do that, they pass out and start breathing normally again, regaining conscious not long after. seriously, join the real world.

Wow...that's kinda...weabooish. I've had my favorite anime characters die (and I suffer from some mental issues) and the worse I do is tell my friends with a sad face.

You actually have a point. Basically both of them have died before(As in both of the main characters have died). So there is no need of them to cry now.

I feel ya, I've cried over some deaths in anime before (also book characters) but never to that level or to the degree anyone else has noticed. I hope it wasn't over the most recent Naruto chapter though - I never really liked that character. And I should point out that character might have regenerative abilities. Well we won't know for sure until next week.
