Today, I was so ashamed of my weight when I sat down and the suction of my thighs made a loud fart noise, I admitted to it being a fart rather than my fat rolls. FML

Is it just your thighs against the seat? I don't think you have to be particularly fat for that, especially if it was a slightly rounded seat. Maybe it wouldn't happen to a really skinny person but I think it could happen to a regular person so no need to be ashamed...I'm sure I must've done this before. Hell, at the moment my feet are making fart noises in my sandals...it's more about shape than 'fatness'.

Yeah. I sympathise with you. But take it as motivation to exercise. I hope things work out for you.

well its time to have a resolution... you are not a loser if you try...

I'm 135 and still feel the pressures of losing weight. Just because your body "looks"to you fat doesn't mean you are fat. Go to a specialist if you feel you need to lose the weight and get them to help you out. Nothing wrong with curves though OP. :)

Your weight isn't anything to be ashamed of. Don't let your mind hate your body.

good God, how fat are you for your thighs to make that noise as you sit down, YDI fat ass

There are many valid medical reasons for people to be overweight and not be helped by diet and exercise. Some of these people for various reasons cannot exercise due to health risks.

I can't exercise because of medical issues, so instead I eat healthy. I've managed to stay under 115lbs because of that. I may not be muscular, but I'm healthy otherwise. Not being able to exercise isn't an excuse, it's an obstacle to overcome.

Thank you. When people are allowed to make excuses, they never try to be better than they are. It is only when the excuses stop that they ever dig down deep and find the strength to overcome obstacles. Family history, disease, birth defects, etc these are reasons that one might have to try harder, but they are not excuses to just give up or be defeated by circumstance.

That happens with big thighs at any weight. Don't be ashamed OP! I live in Texas and the heat makes my thighs stick to each other when I walk.

Mean people suck! Op you are a thousand times better than any of those who made mean comments. I wish you luck in your journey to find improved self esteem

It gets on my nerves too. I get pissed when I see a picture of a skinny person and someone tells them to "go eat a burger" or something. People should just stop commenting on other's weights altogether. On the other hand, if someone is ashamed of their weight, suggesting tricks to diet/exercise isn't rude. It'd helpful. And honestly losing weight starts with diet. Exercise will help too but mostly to tone.
