I mean this is the most respectful way I can. If you are so ashamed of your weight (your words, not mine) then maybe you should lose some weight? There is absolutely no downside to being healthy. Your life will improve drastically if you start taking better care of your body. You might not lose 100 freaking pounds but you'll still be better off just by eating right and exercising regularly. All depends on how much work you want to put in or you'd rather continue having to explain the fart noises your fat makes. Up to you.
It's just that everyone knows you need to "go exercise and eat healthy" to lose weight. It's obvious that's what you're supposed to do. It's just usually not that easy for people, you need patience and motivation too, which is the hard part. Now giving actual useful tips is fine, but the reason people don't like those "go exercise and eat healthy" "tips" is because they aren't helpful, they're just annoying.
^^truth. If you're going to contribute something it has to by constructive. Like saying "why are you on the computer you could be exercising" is SO not helpful.
Maybe you can do fart sounds for movies?
I'm 5 7, 130 lbs and my thighs do that. If you're self-conscious about your weight, do something about it. Even going for a walk every day after work and cutting out processed foods makes a huge dofference
Well it isnt even nessasarily your weight that caused the sound im 93 pounds and my thighs do that sometimes. Dont be ashamed of who you are or how youre shaped. Everyone is beautiful. Everyone.
The biggest cause of failure is excuses - Jon Taffer
Yeah my old boss was like that and we was part of the MINORITY. Even then he managed to go from 300-something pounds to 220 in just over two years simply by switching his diet and taking short walks twice a day (they slowly got longer over time, he started off at 500m). There's no excuse for not exercising short of being a quadriplegic. And thyroid conditions can be handled with modern medicine - so unless you're a crack-pot who believes medicine is the work of the devil that's not an excuse either.

Is it just your thighs against the seat? I don't think you have to be particularly fat for that, especially if it was a slightly rounded seat. Maybe it wouldn't happen to a really skinny person but I think it could happen to a regular person so no need to be ashamed...I'm sure I must've done this before. Hell, at the moment my feet are making fart noises in my sandals...it's more about shape than 'fatness'.
Yeah. I sympathise with you. But take it as motivation to exercise. I hope things work out for you.
