Yeah, I too would be afraid to place my comp near an open window, but then again I wouldn't expect a tackle-hug from behind either. Are we all picturing this computer as a laptop, or is it just #9? I'm actually picturing it as both a desktop or laptop, but that's just because I'm effing awesome and humble.
I just got a brand new BMW convertible today and on my way to class some dumb ass dropped a laptop out their window and it safely landed in the seat next to me! I was slightly amused as the computer didn't even turn off and while distracted at the strange luck I drove right into a cement truck! FML
I have to agree with the earlier comments..... How do you accidentally knock a laptop out of a window? It just seems a bit far fetched since I know most laptops, closed or open, are pretty akward to just knock flying like this. This does suck for you....but I want to see the look on the technician's face who's told to try to put all the pieces back together! hahaha lawl
if i had a penny for every time i got "tackle hugged"...
you would be able to buy a Big Mac
7, that sounds like a metal CD "DEATH BY COMPUTER!"
oh shit!

Don't know about anyone else, but I would never ever put something as valuable as a laptop next to an open window... That's just asking for an accident to happen.
Whoa, kill your roommate.
