Today, I was taking a selfie. My grandma saw me, then after smirking to herself, she went and told my parents that I was "doing that sexting thing". They believed her and grounded me, even after I showed that all my photos and sent messages were totally innocent. FML

Today, I briefly left my laptop while I went to use the toilet. When I came back, I found "I" had posted on Facebook, calling my mom a "stupid cunt who should just stay in the kitchen." The only other person home at the time was my grandpa. She didn't believe it, and permanently grounded me. FML

Today, I overheard my grandpa telling my mom he'd found a load of porn in my laptop's browser history, but that he deleted all the "filth" so she wouldn't have to see it. She believed him and I got grounded, much to his amusement. I've never looked up porn on that computer in my life. FML

Today, my grandma posted an embarrassing childhood photo on my school's events page. I told her everyone could see it, and asked if she could take it down. She freaked and commented on it, apologizing for posting it. Now I feel guilty for embarrassing her, and it's still on the page. FML

Well this FML reeks of a vapid, obnoxious personality :| Even if you did not deserve to be grounded on the premise of being wrongfully accused, your parents would certainly do more than ground you should they know your username implies... Think about it OP, she is a parent to your parents and there's little worse than losing a mother.

holy shit my grandma did the same thing to me when I was only like 14? I was in my room changing and I happened to be holding my phone when she walked in without knocking. she told my mom and I got in a bunch of trouble, it was ridiculous.
